Everything you need to know about our billing, quota limits, and image counts.

What counts as one image request?

One image counts once when our service successfully generates descriptions for it. In the Starter and Pro plans, generating the alt text, the title, and the caption for the same image in a single request counts as one image credit together. Requests that fail or are refused due to an invalid image format do not count against your quota.

What happens if I reach my monthly limit?

We never charge automatic overage fees. If your store reaches its monthly image limit, generation requests simply pause until your quota resets at the start of the next calendar month (00:00 UTC), or you can upgrade to a larger plan at any time.

Do regenerations count against my quota?

Yes. If you choose to generate a new suggestion for an image you previously processed, that request consumes one image credit because new vision model inference is performed on our hardware.

Where and how are my images processed?

All image inference is performed exclusively on our own dedicated hardware running an open vision-language model (Qwen-VL architecture). Your images are processed in ephemeral memory and discarded immediately upon response completion. We have a strict zero-retention policy: images are never stored on disk, never shared with third-party AI companies, and never used to train models.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes! When you choose annual billing, you pay for 10 months and receive 12 months of service (two months free). That is $190/year for Starter (saving $38) and $390/year for Pro (saving $78).

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay. We never store credit card numbers on our servers.
